		<description>It is being enforced, mostly. I&#039;m seeing a lot less liquor licenses around here, more pasties, and a fewer clubs overall. Remember, though, these establishments aren&#039;t illegal, only the activity that goes on there. The problem is that these types of laws require the stationing of officers in every club for every hour of operation, monitoring details of how each patron and dancer interact. That what these laws entail: details. It&#039;s time-consuming, nit-picky, and not particularly profitable for police departments. 

When public pressure is enough, intermittent stings and raids will occur.  But fact is, with so little public funding in this depression, police simply can&#039;t afford enforcement of these types of morality laws when actual crimes take priority. When the economy finally improves, I&#039;m sure we&#039;ll see more clubs run out of business.</description>

		<description>If the law has been upheld as constitutional, why isn&#039;t it being enforced?  Strip clubs are still operating, still serving alcohol and still (at least partially) nude.</description>
